Fees and Payment Policy
In an effort to fit the needs of our patients while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following policy:
- We offer a fee discount if payment is made in full at the initiation of treatment.
- An interest-free financial agreement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
- We assist in providing an AAO-endorsed third-party financing that offers no down payment with extended monthly installments at a minimal interest rate. Springstone Patient Financing provides convenient no initial payment, low monthly payment plans for orthodontic patients. OFP is the only payment plan customized for orthodontics and is endorsed by the American Association of Orthodontists.
- For your convenience, our office accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. In most cases, we accept assignment of insurance benefits as a courtesy to you. As a general rule, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
