About Dr. Dula

Dr. George Dula, a native of southern Oklahoma, earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Oklahoma State University. He then attended the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree Magna cum Laude. Dr. Dula then performed his residency in orthodontics at the University of Louisville Dental School in Louisville, Kentucky. By completing the two additional years of advanced education at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Dula completed the requirements established by the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association to become certified as a Specialist in Orthodontics.

Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Dula entered private practice. He has lived and practiced in Frisco since 1997. Dr. Dula has most recently opened Prosper’s only orthodontist’s office.

Dr. Dula is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a member of the North Texas Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Greater Dallas Association of Orthodontists, the Texas Association of Orthodontists, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Dula attends numerous orthodontic education programs each year to be sure that he remains at the forefront of contemporary orthodontics. Dr. Dula believes that every patient should enjoy treatment in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, that their care should be based on the most innovative technologies and techniques, and that he should be actively involved in the community.

Community involvement is very important to Dr. Dula. He believes that it is very important to live and practice in the same town. Dr. Dula has dedicated himself to both his patients and the community; he is committed to quality patient care and to community involvement. Dr. Dula and his wife, Caryn, have four children, Carson, Campbell, Quinlan, and Landry. His interests include golf, softball, and anything else done outdoors.
