TOKENS

We know how hard all of our patients work to help make their orthodontic treatment a success. In order to positively reinforce all of their hard work, we are introducing our fun, token system. In this system, each patient has the opportunity to earn tokens and redeem them for great prizes.

Here's how it works ~ every patient can earn tokens at every regularly scheduled appointment for each of the following:

  1. Wear your Dula Orthodontic t-shirt to your appointment.*
  2. Be on time for your appointment. (arriving no more than 5 minutes into your appointment time.)**
  3. Have nothing broken or needing repair.
* Participation in our token system begins with the initiation of orthodontic treatment. All existing patients will receive t-shirts at their next regularly scheduled appointment.

** Tokens are not rewarded for emergency appointments or walk-ins. They will be given for your regularly scheduled appointment.

You can also earn tokens by bringing a signed & dated business card from your dentist or hygienist after your routine cleaning appoinment. You will receive 5 tokens and that card will also be entered into our quarterly drawing to win a pizza party!

One of the greatest compliments we can receive from our patients is the referral of their family and friends. When you refer someone who starts treatment with us, you will receive 20 tokens!!
