Delia

Financial Coordinator
Delia has spent most of her life in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She graduated from Denton High School and studied marketing at Abilene Christian University. Delia, along with her husband and daughters, have lived in Frisco since 1994. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing in her backyard hammock with a good book. Delia handles patients’ financial and insurance coordination. She considers the friendly people, family atmosphere, and the beautiful smiles the best parts of her job!

Pam

Treatment Coordinator
Pam was born and raised in Colorado, and currently resides in Frisco. After graduating high school, she attended T.H. Pickens Technical College where she received her dental assisting certificate. She enjoys singing, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family. As treatment coordinator, Pam welcomes new patients to the practice, gathers the necessary diagnostic information for the initial orthodontic examination, and assists Dr. Dula during the new patient consultation. She also verifies new patients’ insurance benefits and arranges custom payment options for each new patient. Pam considers building relationships with our patients the best part of her job!

Dana

Patient Relations
Dana grew up in the Panhandle of West Texas where she graduated from Canyon High School. She moved to Dallas in 2002, and graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Dana enjoys traveling with her husband, watching movies, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family. Her duties include managing our website, greeting patients, answering phones, coordinating scheduling, and verifying insurance benefits. She enjoys being involved in the process of helping patients to achieve beautiful smiles!

Elizabeth

Patient Relations
Elizabeth was born in St. Louis, Missouri, lived in Denver, Colorado for two years, and currently resides in Frisco. She graduated from Belleville Township High School West and later graduated from the Aveda Institute in the field of esthetics. Elizabeth enjoys working out, cooking, curling up with a good book, and visiting her family. Her duties include greeting patients, answering phones, and coordinating scheduling. She enjoys getting to know the patients and considers seeing patients’ beautiful smiles the best part of her job!

Heather

Clinical Technician
Heather has lived in the Dallas area her entire life. She graduated from Valley View High School and currently resides in Aubrey. She attended North Central Texas College and received an associate’s degree in applied sciences, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of North Texas. Heather enjoys coaching pee wee cheerleading and playing golf. She has worked in the orthodontic field since 1998, and is a Texas State Board certified dental assistant. She considers getting to know the patients the best part of her job!

Laura

Clinical Technician
Laura was born in Lewisville, grew up in Little Elm, and currently resides in Frisco. She graduated from Little Elm High School and has been working in the orthodontic field since 2005. Laura enjoys watching tv, keeping up with current events, working with kids, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys meeting new people and considers seeing the joy in a patient’s face at the end of treatment the best part of her job!

Nicole

Clinical Technician
Nicole was born in Friona, TX, grew up in Pampa, and currently lives in Little Elm. She graduated from Pampa High School and attended Amarillo College as well as Texas Tech University. She is currently attending the Institute of Children’s Literature. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, trying new restaurants, and sitting down to watch a good movie! She enjoys meeting new people and considers seeing patients’ beautiful smiles the best part of her job!

Amy

Clinical Technician
Amy was born in Seoul, Korea, lived in Plano, and currently resides in Frisco. She graduated from Sangyil Women's High School in Korea and attended Collin County Community College where she received her Orthodontic-Dental Assistant Certificate. She has worked in the orthodontic field since 1998, and is a Texas State Board certified dental assistant. Amy enjoys working out, shopping, and surfing the internet. She considers seeing patients' beautiful smiles at the end of treatment the most rewarding part of her job!

Celina

Clinical Technician
Celina was born in Fairmont, West Virginia, grew up in The Colony, and currently lives in Plano. She graduated from The Colony High and received her diploma from The Education Center. She most recently graduated from the Celina School of Dental Assisting, and is training to become a clinical technician. Celina enjoys cooking, dancing, shopping, and spending time with her family. She considers meeting new people the best part of her job!
